Recent projects include: 50 Chemistry Ideas You Really Need to Know, published by Quercus (2015); reports on renewable energy and citizen science; feature articles for The GuardianMosaic and BBC Focus; and a podcast explaining why antimony sulfide reminds me of quiche. I've just finished a feature article about the arsenic content of rice and am working another about the replacement materials for silicon in computing.
